So, the top broadcaster today (covergirl) has 1139 broadcasts so far. It costs 5sd per broadcast. That equals 5695 stardollars. It costs $49.95 just for 3000sd, she's closing in on twice that! So, nearly $100 REAL DOLLARS just to have your doll's face on the stardoll cover? FUCK THAT. That's so motherfucking stupid. I'm just saying. I can't fucking stand the covergirl competition. I know damn well that I've spent over $100 on stardoll. But not on stupid fucking broadcast trying to win cg. Sure, she won. But what's the big deal there? Nobody's gonna remember her doll in a day or two. All covergirl is, is who can spam the most. It's not about who's best, who's the most talented or creative. It's not about if you're a good person or even nice. It's not about if you're pretty or whatever. But it's about who can spend the most time bothering others to get them to vote for them. This is the most disappointing part of stardoll to me. Now, most covergirls do have nice suites and dolls and all that (and do deserve to win), I'll admit. But honestly, trying to win covergirl is a waste of time and money, if you ask me. I wish the "COVERGIRL COVERGIRL COVERGIRL COVERGIRL" and "Visit my suite and rate me 5/5! Luv ur suite & doll." shit would stop already. I want covergirl to be a fair competition. Who gets the most votes day by day without all that stupid advertising yourself bs. More like, browsing through the stardoll community, see a worthy doll with a worthy suite, give them 5 stars. Rather than, oh look at the person broadcasting "VOTE CG CG CG CG CG CG PLZ" just let me give her my vote for no reason other than that she spent 5sd to send out a thoughtless message to the stardoll community that I happened to click on.
RUNNING for covergirl, I guess, is what I have the problem with. It's ridiculous.
